All orders are carefully processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Time

Estimated Delivery Time: 7–12 business days after dispatch.

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or peak holiday seasons.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and the products in your order.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped.

Please allow 24–72 hours for the tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local authorities.

These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided, we may not be able to modify your order once it has been processed. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.  But reach out to us if you spot a mistake and we'll do our best to help.
